Payment
Kat and Stitches uses Payhip payment solution which accepts payment with credit cards and PayPal.
All prices shown on the website do not include VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout in the Payhip payment service.
Prices on the website are shown in Euro (€).
Downloads
All patterns sold on Kat and Stitches are digital files.
Once the purchase is completed, you will be able to download your file(s) immediately from the download page. You will also receive an email receipt with a download link for future access.
Please make sure that you give the correct email address in your order.
Grant of licence and permitted use
The intellectual property rights in the digital content sold on katandstitches.com remain the property of Catherine Blanc from Kat and Stitches.
All Patterns are for personal use only, they may not be shared, copied or used for resale.
Likewise, finished knitted product must in no way be intended for resale, or used in commercial contexts.
Order cancellation / Refunds
When purchasing digital products/patterns, you consent to us supplying the digital content to you before the end of the 14 day cancellation period which would otherwise be available to you, and as such you lose your cancellation rights and we hereby confirm this consent and acknowledge the same to you.
Due to the non-returnable nature of an instant download pattern file, we do not issue refunds.
